Examples of the Science Facts Include:
- Ireland was once a part of two different continents until plate movements pushed them together.
- Gold came from meteorites that hit the Earth about 200 million years after it formed.
- Corned beef gets its texture because of the salt used to make it. Salt causes the proteins in meat to denature, or lose their original shape, making the meat more tender.
