Basketball in Science Activity

NO PREP – just copies! In this basketball in science activity, students use the Periodic Table as a “decoder” for basketball terms! Use element atomic numbers and symbols to decode words and phrases associated with basketball, such as shoot hoops, swish, slam dunk, etc. Students also use the periodic table to decode the nicknames of some of the greatest basketball players of all time (men and women) and to find the answers to some silly basketball jokes.

Includes both print and Google Slides options to assign.
