Human Body Organ Systems Test

This organ systems test is in our Complete Human Body Systems Curriculum!

This is MUCH MORE than an anatomy vocabulary test… includes lots of thought and analysis questions!

This is a middle school-level exam that covers the NGSS standard MS-LS1-3. It focuses on basic system functions and how systems function together to provide the body what it needs. There are NO detailed anatomy questions such as bone names, heart chambers, etc. The questions are designed to mimic how standardized tests generally ask about this topic.

Topics Include:

  • Organization within living things (cell, tissue, organ, organ system)
  • Basic structures and functions of organ systems (digestive, respiratory, circulatory, nervous, skeletal, muscular, endocrine, reproductive, immune, integumentary, excretory)
  • Understanding that systems work together

This test includes 30 multiple choice questions, many of which include pictures and diagrams. There are 2 open response questions that have several parts to answer.

Save time with our test packet format – less copies and easy to correct! The test is 6 pages long (3 front/back) with an additional 2-sided answer sheet. You only have to make one class set of test question packets and then reuse them from to class, as it is only necessary for the students to write on their answer sheet.
