In each activity, students will:
- READ a text about the structural, behavioral, and physiological adaptations of plants or animals (separately).
- DEFINE key terms from the texts.
- ANSWER text-dependent reading comprehension questions. All answers come from the text, so no prior knowledge is needed.
Two Versions Each! Each of the included readings has two versions. (So, there’s two for plant adaptations and two for animal adaptations.) The first versions are simpler to read and include a lot of bullet points. The second versions have more reading to do. They both cover the same information.
