Carbon Cycle Activity: Create a Diagram

In this carbon cycle activity, clear step-by-step instructions lead students to include the following parts of the carbon cycle in an original diagram:

  • Respiration
  • Photosynthesis
  • Ocean absorption of carbon dioxide
  • Decaying organisms
  • Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere
  • Burning of fossil fuels
